This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee the strategy, implementation, and expansion of the Utilization Management (UM) product portfolio.
• Manage a comprehensive product suite that integrates AI-driven decision-making and healthcare interoperability.
• Establish and maintain the long-term product vision and roadmap focused on medical cost containment and authorization capabilities.
• Align product strategy with the organization's goals for affordability, quality, and growth.
• Recognize market trends and regulatory shifts that affect utilization management and authorization.
• Direct the complete product lifecycle from initial concept through to launch, optimization, and retirement.
• Ensure that products are aligned with evidence-based medicine and the latest clinical guidelines.
• Develop, mentor, and lead high-performing teams in product management.
• A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, RN, MD) is highly preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in healthcare product management, medical management, or utilization management.
• More than 5 years in a senior leadership role for product management.
• Extensive knowledge in prior authorization, utilization review, and medical cost containment strategies.
• Strong grasp of managed care, payer operations, and healthcare regulations.
• Experience collaborating with clinical teams and developing medical policies.
• A background in digital health, automation, or AI-driven clinical workflows.
• Demonstrated success in launching complex and regulated healthcare products at scale.
• Strategic product leadership with proficiency in executive-level communication.
• Ability to convert clinical and regulatory complexities into functional products.
• Strong analytical skills and financial insight.
• Collaborative leadership across clinical, technical, and business domains.
• Comfort in navigating highly regulated and rapidly evolving environments.
