📋 Description

• Collaborates with the Operations Leader and COO on P&L performance.

• Develops and implements the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasts, and long-term growth strategies.

• Drives margin growth through pricing discipline, value-based selling, and mix optimization.

• Formulates and executes the go-to-market strategy in alignment with growth objectives.

• Leads strategic account development and executive-level customer engagement.

• Oversees pipeline health, sales effectiveness, and initiatives for market penetration.

• Directs and cultivates a high-performing sales organization.

• Establishes performance metrics, territory strategies, and growth targets.

• Implements disciplined sales processes, ensures forecasting accuracy, and manages the sales funnel.

• Leads customer service operations to provide best-in-class responsiveness and communication.

• Guides Design Engineering to support new product development and commercialization.

• Builds and nurtures high-performing teams across Sales, Customer Service, and Engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Packaging, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, packaging, or engineered products.

• Proven track record of leading growth and commercial strategies.

• Demonstrated success in expanding into new and adjacent markets.

• Experience in influencing cross-functional teams without direct operational authority.

• Possesses executive presence with strong customer engagement abilities.

• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

• Experience in regulated or highly technical manufacturing environments is preferred.

• A background in design engineering, commercialization, or product development is preferred.
