This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations across various pharmacy functions that facilitate new client implementations and ensure adherence to service level agreements and performance metrics.

• Take full ownership of operational delivery, covering both the initiation of work (Implementation) and the ongoing management and maintenance of services (Service Delivery).

• Ensure that operational strategies are cohesive, transitions occur smoothly, and services are provided consistently, compliantly, and at scale, while effectively balancing growth, risk, cost, and customer outcomes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• A minimum of 5 years of management experience within a large, metric-driven operational unit.

• Extensive knowledge of both implementation and service delivery models in a matrixed organization.

• Proven experience in managing large, complex, regulated operations.

• Ability to influence and align leaders across various functions.

• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members both formally and informally.

• Capacity to monitor operations and suggest enhancements.

• Prior experience in project management, process improvement, or process design within large, intricate organizations.

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Project, and Visio.

• Skilled at managing multiple tasks and deadlines with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills; capable of engaging with line associates and presenting to senior leaders at Humana.

• Proven problem-solving abilities; capable of providing direction and making sound business decisions.

• Experience with departmental budget oversight.

• A track record of implementing operational enhancements that align with business strategy.
