This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, edit, and oversee executive presentations, dashboards, briefing materials, reports, and communications.
• Convert intricate operational and financial data into succinct, executive-ready summaries and recommendations.
• Monitor projects, actions, deadlines, commitments, dependencies, risks, and unresolved issues.
• Facilitate updates and information flow among diverse stakeholders and functions.
• Offer project management support for strategic firm initiatives, including milestone tracking, status reporting, and roadmap creation.
• Prioritize tasks and manage competing demands for the leadership team.
• Spearhead change management initiatives, including stakeholder alignment, communication strategy, and adoption monitoring.
• Examine operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Create and maintain reporting tools and dashboards.
• Take charge of agenda development, pre-read preparation, and content creation for leadership meetings, annual offsite events, and Town Halls.
• Document and disseminate meeting notes, ownership responsibilities, and next steps.
• Standardize operating rhythms, templates, and reporting formats.
• Act as a coordination point for leadership requests, information requirements, and updates.
• Cultivate and sustain working relationships with leaders and stakeholders at TMG and throughout Council Advisors.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6–8 years of experience as a VP, Strategic Initiatives, strategy consultant, or executive projects manager in a high-performance professional services environment.
• Background in consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or a similarly demanding, fast-paced setting.
• Proven track record in collaborating with senior executives and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in developing executive-level presentations and conducting data analysis.
• Expertise in producing status reports, program updates, and executive dashboards.
• Exceptional judgment and strong decision-making capabilities.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity, incomplete information, and shifting priorities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and resilience when dealing with sensitive information.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including tracking, prioritization, and follow-through.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling in PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in translating complex or ambiguous information into clear, concise, actionable guidance.
• Capability to write and edit communications at the executive level.
• Ability to distill complex issues into clear options, insights, and recommendations.
• Strong understanding of business operations, performance metrics, and financial concepts.
• High emotional intelligence, executive presence, and stakeholder credibility.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and establish trust-based relationships across the organization.
