This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify enterprise partners and spearhead partnership opportunities that impact the Health Outcomes Survey (HOS).
• Work in partnership with the enterprise activation team and business partners to create and implement strategic initiatives that align with Humana’s objectives.
• Recognize opportunities and lead follow-through efforts to ensure effective execution of strategic action planning.
• Explore, define, develop, oversee, and manage HOS strategic initiatives across the Medicare Advantage segment and enterprise teams.
• Assess needs and opportunities for strategic activities within the enterprise HOS program.
• Analyze processes and pinpoint key decision-makers.
• Propose methods to enhance and integrate the HOS program into Humana’s Medicare Advantage experience and workflows.
• Maintain and advance the HOS portfolio throughout the enterprise.
• Create project plans, establish goals, KPIs, timelines, and budgets for enterprise initiatives.
• Utilize research and analysis to discover opportunities and provide recommendations to enterprise partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and enterprise teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
• Monitor and track the progress of initiatives, ensuring accountability and alignment with HOS strategy.
• Prepare reports and presentations that communicate progress, results, and recommendations to leadership.
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks and obstacles associated with implementation.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, business priorities, and organizational strategies to foster continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, healthcare management, public health, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in consulting, Stars quality, cross-functional strategy, and/or member/patient experience.
• Proven experience in developing and executing enterprise-level strategies in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure teams stay aligned with priorities through execution, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Experience collaborating across business, technology, operations, and enablement teams to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office XP products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to effectively articulate ideas in both written and verbal forms.
• Master’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
• Prior healthcare experience is preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with Health Outcomes Survey is preferred.
• Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps for home internet access.
