Senior Associate, Strategic Projects

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with executive leadership and various teams in Finance, Operations, Product, and Engineering.

• Lead strategic initiatives from their analysis phase to execution.

• Address high-priority and intricate business challenges.

• Evaluate business performance and aid in strategic planning.

• Formulate new initiatives.

• Prepare materials for investors and board meetings.

• Enhance operational efficiencies.

• Utilize analytical skills from investment banking, private equity, or management consulting in a hands-on operational setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or a similarly demanding analytical role.

• Outstanding analytical and quantitative abilities.

• Proven experience in developing financial models, conducting business analyses, and delivering data-informed recommendations.

• Strong aptitude for problem-solving and the capability to structure and resolve complex, ambiguous business issues.

• Proficient in synthesizing complex operational, financial, and strategic data into clear recommendations and executive-level communications.

• Experience in creating high-quality presentations and materials for senior executives, boards, investors, or clients.

• Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives from problem identification to execution.

• Advanced skills in PowerPoint or Google Slides, and Excel or Google Sheets.
