This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist TMG’s leadership team with daily execution, follow-through, and communication regarding strategic priorities.
• Create, edit, and oversee executive presentations, dashboards, briefing materials, reports, and internal communications.
• Simplify complex operational and financial data into succinct, executive-ready summaries and insights.
• Monitor projects, actions, deadlines, commitments, dependencies, risks, and unresolved issues; proactively identify delays and escalation items.
• Offer project-management assistance for strategic firm initiatives, including milestone tracking, status updates, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Prioritize tasks and manage competing demands collaboratively with Administrative Business Partners.
• Spearhead change-management initiatives, including stakeholder alignment, communication planning, and adoption tracking.
• Evaluate operational and financial data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and sustain reporting tools and dashboards to support leadership decision-making.
• Oversee agenda creation, pre-read preparation, PowerPoint content, and meeting assistance for leadership meetings, annual offsite events, and Town Halls.
• Document and distribute organized meeting notes, including ownership and next steps.
• Standardize operational rhythms, templates, and reporting formats throughout the firm.
• Manage leadership requests, information requirements, and updates across TMG and Council Advisors.
• Cultivate and maintain working relationships with leaders and stakeholders.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 6–8 years of experience as a VP, Strategic Initiatives, strategy consultant, or executive project manager in a high-performance professional services environment.
• Background in consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or a similarly demanding, fast-paced setting.
• Proven success in collaborating directly with senior executives and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, including development of executive-level presentations and data analysis.
• Expertise in producing status reports, program updates, and executive dashboards.
• Exceptional judgment and strong decision-making capabilities.
• Comfortable working in situations of ambiguity, incomplete information, and shifting priorities.
• High levels of confidentiality, integrity, and resilience when managing sensitive information.
• Demonstrated project management, tracking, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tell a story through PowerPoint.
• Capable of translating complex or unclear information into clear, concise, actionable guidance.
• Proficient in writing and editing executive-level communications.
• Strong understanding of business operations, performance metrics, and financial concepts.
• High emotional intelligence, executive presence, and stakeholder credibility.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and establish trust-based relationships across the organization.
