
VP, Specialized Sales – Employer Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Lead and oversee the Specialized Services team, ensuring alignment with Equifax’s priorities, sales strategy, financial objectives, company vision, and long-term plans.
• Formulate detailed growth strategies aimed at acquiring new business and enhancing existing direct and indirect accounts.
• Manage the budget, demonstrating a strong understanding of factors affecting expenses, revenue, and the return on investment (ROI) of various initiatives, all geared towards achieving growth targets for Specialized Services.
• Build and sustain robust customer relationships, particularly at the senior leadership level, to support the five specialized sales teams, explore new cross-selling opportunities, and ensure business retention.
• Identify, recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team of managers and sales professionals.
• Utilize data, trends, and insights to enhance the customer experience and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Optimize the Customer Success lifecycle within a designated set of accounts, ensuring high product adoption, usage, satisfaction, and overall account health, including retention and renewals.
• Cultivate and maintain trust with customers and partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver value and satisfaction throughout the complete customer lifecycle.
• Represent Employer Services externally as needed, such as at industry events, conferences, and in thought leadership initiatives.
• Communicate outcomes to EWS leadership with a clear understanding of the internal and external factors influencing the success of Specialized Services.
• Collaborate with internal teams across the organization to convey customer feedback and opportunities for enhancement, revenue growth, future product roadmap suggestions, and overall account retention information.
• A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in client-facing, strategic sales roles.
• At least 7+ years of experience leading multi-layered sales teams.
• Extensive experience in leading sales teams and managing multiple solutions within B2B and B2B2C environments.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing sales structures and processes.
• Demonstrated strategic planning capabilities, including the ability to translate strategic concepts into actionable plans, and experience managing and influencing cross-functional teams in sales, operations, marketing, product management, and technology.
• Experience working in a heavily matrixed environment, partnering with various CEO partners to achieve revenue goals.
• Must exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit, along with a positive and proactive attitude in all aspects of work.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in professional B2B sales roles.
