PT Online Sales Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Responsible for managing all B/C follow-ups.

• Assigning inquiries from repeat customers.

• Collecting feedback from the Onsite Sales Teams concerning appointments.

• Answering phone calls as needed.

• Providing support to the Online Sales Associates.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma is required.

• Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.

• Strong professional communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficient typing abilities with a focus on speed and accuracy (minimum of 45 WPM preferred).

• Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills.

• Experience in the homebuilding industry is preferred.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM system is preferred.
