This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Development and implementation of the sales strategy.
• Oversee and expand sales operations across Europe.
• Collaborate with Product and Technical teams to establish priorities.
• Coordinate with various functions to guarantee product quality and availability.
• Execute contracts to ensure successful growth for the company and satisfaction for customers.
• Generate new opportunities through strategic initiatives and customer relationships.
• Develop a formal customer relationship plan to foster intimacy through strong connections.
• Enhance customer engagement within the account team.
• Advocate for the launch of new products and assist in managing the effects of customer-driven changes.
• Recruit, lead, and nurture a sales team of 10 members.
• Monitor resources and ensure alignment to meet customer requirements.
• Drive and document efficiencies in the plant to showcase Axalta's value to customers.
• Bachelor's Degree in science or business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in the chemical or related industry, including sales and management roles.
• Strong ability to multitask and adapt priorities regularly.
• Experienced in strategic account planning.
• Demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management.
• Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within Europe.
• Remote work options available in Germany or Austria.
