This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Development of current customer relationships.
• Identification and acquisition of new clients within the designated sales territory.
• Management and completion of projects with assistance from internal specialist teams.
• Preparation and follow-up of quotations.
• Analysis of customer loss and formulation of recovery strategies.
• Drafting and monitoring of contracts, including action plans for any deviations.
• Planning and execution of the regional sales budget.
• Handling customer complaints.
• Preparation of reports and analyses utilizing cubes and CRM systems.
• Support for trade shows and events.
• A degree in food technology or completed vocational training in the food industry (e.g., bakery, dairy) coupled with additional business/management qualifications.
• Ideally, some experience in selling technically complex products in a B2B (food) environment.
• Strong sales orientation, collaborative spirit, and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to persuade and inspire customers through exceptional consulting.
• Independent, organized, and dependable work style.
• Proficiency in business-level English.
• Competence in MS Office and a willingness to learn new tools (e.g., CRM/ERP systems) for daily tasks.
• Resident in Austria.
• Willing to travel within the assigned region (target: 60% travel).
• Valid driving license for passenger vehicles (B).
