This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Promote and sell Clinical Diagnostic instruments, including OCTs, retinal cameras, topographers, refraction systems, and Topcon’s Harmony Healthcare Digital Management System.
• Create an annual business plan that will be updated and modified on a quarterly basis.
• Responsible for effective territory planning and regular activities to maximize time efficiency in prospecting and nurturing new accounts.
• Communicate effectively with sales management and various departments within Topcon regarding competitive matters.
• Conduct weekly demonstrations of instruments.
• Serve as a consultant, source of information, problem solver, and educator, maintaining continuity with the customer.
• Keep high-quality account profiles updated in our CRM.
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Experience in selling capital equipment to ophthalmology practices, ASCs, hospital systems, IDNs, government, and national accounts is preferred.
• Background in Business to Business Sales.
• Experience with C-level call points.
• Proven track record of top performance in previous sales roles.
• Understanding of health insurance and payers is preferred.
• Strong presentation skills, business acumen, and leadership qualities.
• Excellent interpersonal and client relations skills.
• Proficient in negotiation, conflict resolution, and presentation skills.
