This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and successfully implement the annual revenue strategy for Supplier.io’s entire product range.

• Create and execute a comprehensive go-to-market approach.

• Establish and maintain a clear ideal customer profile along with a pricing structure.

• Collaborate closely with the CEO, CFO, and Board to define revenue goals.

• Ensure that the sales strategy across both product lines is aligned and distinct.

• Safeguard and expand revenue from Supplier.io's well-established supplier diversity and intelligence platform.

• Identify and secure new logos within the primary supplier diversity and intelligence sectors.

• Develop and oversee the commercial strategy for Atlas from inception.

• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes.

• Generate new pipeline opportunities within a target ideal customer profile of organizations with $1B+ in revenue.

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate the entire Supplier.io sales team.

• Attract and retain top-tier sales talent within the organization.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales.

• At least 5-7 years in senior leadership roles in sales with full P&L or revenue accountability.

• Proven success in leading and expanding sales teams within the $20M–$200M ARR range.

• Established history of closing and managing deals with ACV ranging from $150K to $1M+.

• Experience in developing a repeatable sales process from the ground up in a high-growth environment.

• Strong expertise in value-driven, consultative selling techniques.

• Experience in managing both a growth-stage product and an established product line concurrently.

• Proven ability to protect and expand an existing enterprise customer base.

• In-depth knowledge of enterprise procurement, finance, IT, and supply chain buyer dynamics.

• High comfort level with ambiguity and a proactive approach to action.
