VP – Shared Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and unify functions to achieve outstanding claims performance

• Establish strategic direction and promote cross-departmental cooperation

• Guide teams that influence loss outcomes, customer satisfaction, operational effectiveness, financial integrity, and risk management

• Create and execute the vision, strategy, and operational framework for Analytics, SIU, Subrogation, QC, PMO, and Advocacy

• Oversee the Claims project portfolio, ensuring alignment and timely delivery

• Develop and manage budgets for Shared Services, including contracting, negotiation, and performance oversight

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA, JD, or relevant advanced degree is preferred

• More than 10 years of experience in property & casualty claims, including leading cross-functional teams

• Demonstrated success in leading teams, managing a functional line of business, analytics, SIU, subrogation, quality, or claims operations in a P&C setting

• Proven ability to collaborate across the enterprise with Underwriting, Legal, IT, Actuarial, Finance, and Distribution

• Proficient in budgeting, vendor management, and executing large-scale operations
