This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Take charge of the global product roadmap.

• Create, manage, and communicate both 3–6 month and 6–12 month roadmaps.

• Drive product improvements that fulfill the needs of varied markets.

• Identify and prioritize processor integrations that facilitate growth across different regions.

• Engage early in the sales process — assisting in prospect discussions and shaping scoping conversations.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and professional services to effectively sequence tasks.

• Extensive product leadership experience in payments, fintech, or a related B2B technology sector.

• Knowledge of payment landscapes across various geographies — including processors, acquirers, PSPs, or merchants.

• Proven history of owning and executing complex product roadmaps involving multiple stakeholder groups.

• Comfortable engaging in presales discussions — able to discuss product capabilities credibly without making unrealistic promises.

• Excellent communicator who can convert technical details into business value, and translate business needs into engineering specifications.

• A person who brings enthusiasm, curiosity, and a genuine concern for their colleagues.
