Vice President – Modern Workplace Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a long-term strategy for Modern Workplace Services that aligns with SHI’s solution pillar goals.

• Foster revenue growth while enhancing margin quality, mix, and operational efficiency.

• Create and manage a top-tier Modern Workplace services organization.

• Establish uniform service catalogs and methodologies.

• Enhance service profitability and customer satisfaction.

• Introduce a formal project and program management framework for all Modern Workplace Services initiatives.

• Transform the services organization into a structured, data-driven operating model.

• Formulate and implement a global partner strategy involving OEMs and service providers.

• Evaluate and refine organizational design to promote scalability and efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10–15+ years of leadership experience in Modern Workplace Services, EUC, or IT Services.

• Demonstrated success in developing and scaling service delivery organizations and project execution frameworks.

• Strong expertise in managed services, service delivery frameworks, and large-scale project/program management.

• Experience in driving KPI-focused operating models and enhancing financial performance.

• Executive presence with the ability to align senior leadership.

• Proven experience in leading teams and managing organizational performance.

• Ability to collaborate across regions and functions in a global context.

• Availability to travel as required by business needs.
