This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement a strategic territory plan aimed at enhancing Valenz Health's footprint in the TPA marketplace.
• Cultivate and reinforce relationships with executive leaders and key decision-makers at both regional and national TPAs.
• Lead a consultative sales approach from initial prospecting to closing by identifying client needs, providing customized solutions, negotiating contracts, and meeting or surpassing revenue targets.
• Position the Valenz Health platform as a strategic asset that empowers TPAs to better serve their clients through enhanced cost management, quality, and member outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to broaden existing TPA partnerships while also forging new connections with regional and national third-party administrators.
• Acquire an in-depth knowledge of the Valenz Health platform and effectively communicate our value proposition, competitive advantages, and business impact.
• Represent Valenz Health at industry conferences, association meetings, and networking events to enhance market presence and create new partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Client Success, Operations, and executive leadership to formulate successful strategies and support effective partner implementations.
• Maintain precise records of pipeline activity, forecasting, and opportunity management within the CRM, while regularly updating on territory performance and market insights.
• A minimum of 5 years in enterprise sales or business development experience focused on healthcare, employer benefits, or closely related solutions within the self-funded healthcare sector.
• Proven success in building relationships with regional and national third-party administrators along with a solid understanding of the TPA sales landscape.
• A demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales objectives while managing intricate, consultative sales processes.
• Profound knowledge of third-party administration, self-funded employer health plans, and the operational challenges faced by TPAs.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and skills for building executive relationships.
• Highly self-driven with the capability to independently oversee a territory, prioritize opportunities, and deliver results.
• Capacity to maintain strict confidentiality and manage sensitive information with care.
