VP Sales – Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the sales strategy for Europe in alignment with global goals.

• Take ownership of regional revenue objectives, pipeline growth, and forecasting.

• Identify and secure strategic enterprise agreements with key clientele.

• Cultivate and manage relationships with data center operators, hyperscalers, and enterprise customers.

• Build and guide a regional sales team, which includes recruitment, coaching, and performance oversight.

• Establish and expand channel and partner networks, including OEMs, system integrators, and distributors.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.

• Represent the organization at industry events and during customer interactions.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline (MBA is a plus).

• Over 10 years of experience in B2B sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.

• A proven history of meeting and exceeding revenue goals in the European market.

• Experience in sales targeting data centers, cloud services, infrastructure, or enterprise technology sectors.

• A strong grasp of complex, technical sales processes.

• Demonstrated ability in building and managing high-achieving sales teams.

• Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

• Willingness to travel throughout Europe.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in liquid cooling, thermal management, semiconductors, or AI infrastructure.

• Background in startup or scale-up settings.

• Established connections within the European data center ecosystem.

• Technical background or the ability to engage effectively with engineering stakeholders.
