This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will engage with retail clients, foster customer relationships, and independently ensure that our brands, Mio Mio, Berentzen, and Puschkin, are prominently displayed in your designated area while maximizing their market potential.
• Take charge of developing the sales territory based on established KPIs.
• Secure and implement product listings and secondary placements at the point of sale (POS).
• Actively manage order quantities at the POS to prevent stock shortages.
• Independently oversee the sales territory through autonomous route planning and conduct market and competitor analyses.
• Serve as a brand ambassador in the field, making a significant impact at the point of sale.
• Completed commercial training along with several years of pertinent professional experience.
• Strong comprehension of grocery/food retail structures (LEH).
• Must reside within the sales territory.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Independent, organized, and goal-oriented work ethic, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience and proficiency in sales negotiations.
