Telesales Agent, French, Dutch/Flemish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls from customers in Belgium and the Netherlands, communicating in both French and Dutch/Flemish.

• Record new home appliance registrations along with customer information.

• Clarify the terms of the legal warranty and propose additional insurance options.

• Utilize your sales and communication abilities to achieve performance goals.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide suggestions for improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both French and Dutch/Flemish (knowledge of English or Spanish is advantageous!).

• Excellent communicator with a strong commercial orientation.

• Assertive in sales and skilled at handling objections.

• Customer-oriented, proactive, and a true team player.

• Familiarity with Microsoft tools and capable of working remotely.
