This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will identify and qualify potential B2B clients.
• You will proactively engage with prospects and initiate initial conversations.
• You will analyze client needs and discover opportunities for collaboration.
• You will schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.
• You will ensure that leads are thoroughly pre-qualified and handed over in an optimal condition.

• You will collaborate closely with the sales team to continuously enhance processes and strategies.
• Prior experience in B2B sales, customer-facing roles, or appointment setting is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor on the phone and during video calls.
• Strong interpersonal instincts and conversational abilities.
• A structured and responsible approach to work.
• High motivation to operate on a commission basis and achieve results.
