This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Conducting phone and email outreach to schedule B2B meetings for sales representatives (primarily via phone).
• Verifying and engaging with potential clients from marketing leads.
• Identifying opportunities to establish business connections with potential clients through social media platforms.
• Working from a provided client database.
• Utilizing sales support tools and systems (Hubspot, LinkedIn, Apollo).
• We are looking for you if you already have some experience in B2B client interactions or appointment setting.
• We are not seeking an expert, but we value a basic understanding of working with business clients.
• Strong communication and proactivity skills.
• Willingness and ability to perform cold calling.
• A goal-oriented mindset and effective time management skills.
• A desire for learning, growth, and building a long-term career path in B2B sales.
