This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and take ownership of the comprehensive sales strategy, encompassing territory design, go-to-market approaches, pricing, and packaging.
• Enhance forecast accuracy, generate pipeline, improve win rates, increase average deal size, and accelerate sales cycle velocity.
• Lead, mentor, and expand a high-achieving sales team through hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to create a unified revenue engine and ensure an optimal customer experience.
• Establish and refine territory plans, account segmentation, and target lists; strike a balance between acquiring new logos and expanding within existing accounts.
• Construct and oversee a robust sales process, playbooks, CRM discipline, and reporting schedules.
• Partner on product feedback and market intelligence to shape the product roadmap and messaging strategies.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies, discount policies, and contract approval workflows.
• Manage key strategic alliances, partnerships, and channel programs as necessary.
• Define and monitor KPIs and dashboards; present quarterly business reviews to executive leadership.
• Promote a data-driven culture while maintaining a human-centered approach to coaching and motivation.
• Advocate for customer success by facilitating renewals, upsells, and long-term engagement.
• Over 10 years of sales leadership experience, with a demonstrated history of meeting revenue targets in [your industry/space, e.g., SaaS, enterprise software, B2B services].
• Proven success in building and scaling a high-velocity and/or enterprise sales organization.
• Extensive experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics/tools; proficient in pipeline and forecast management.
• Outstanding leadership, hiring, coaching, and talent development abilities.
• Strategic thinker with strong business insight and the capacity to influence across functions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
• Experience in the fields of cybersecurity and AI software.
• Multiregional or international sales leadership experience is preferred.
• Ability to clearly articulate value propositions to C-suite and line-of-business buyers.
• Familiarity with channel and partner ecosystems, as well as indirect sales strategies.
• Experience with pricing models, packaging, and large-scale contract negotiations.
