Salesforce Functional Consultant — E&U Cloud (Senior)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the functional design of processes while ensuring adherence to regulations within the Brazilian market.

• Facilitate workshops with clients to collect requirements and identify use cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in the functional design of commercial electricity processes, including contracting, switching, billing, and customer service.

• Demonstrated expertise in mapping AS-IS to TO-BE processes for utilities.

• In-depth knowledge of the E&U product catalog, encompassing regulated tariffs, free-market tariffs, and the Social Tariff.

• Familiarity with LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law) processes and consent management strategies (opt-in/opt-out by channel).

• Proficient in Salesforce Industries CPQ and CLM, including Document Generation 2.0, Clause Library, and State Model.

• Practical experience with OmniStudio, specifically OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.

• Understanding of Business Rules Engine (BRE) for regulatory compliance and Salesforce Industries Console (Utility 360).

• Native proficiency in Portuguese (Brazilian).

• Proficiency in English or Spanish is advantageous.
