Sales Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop, oversee, and finalize your own pipeline of companies that would benefit from the dbt Cloud solution.

• Manage and enhance the dbt Cloud presence in current accounts, maximizing our influence on these organizations.

• Collaborate with technology partners and ecosystem service providers to amplify our impact and reach within the region.

• Lead and participate in team initiatives aimed at refining our sales process.

• Coordinate with the product team to create and uphold the dbt Cloud enterprise roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven ability to cultivate and close your own pipeline within public sector accounts.

• Over 4 years of closing experience in technology sales, showcasing a successful history of surpassing annual targets.

• Capability to comprehend intricate technical concepts and transform them into a consultative sales approach.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels within an analytics organization (from individual developers to CTOs).

• Strong diligence and organizational skills to navigate lengthy, complex sales cycles involving multiple client teams.

• Competency to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous work environment.

• A commitment to being an inclusive team member and an active participant in the community.

• Experience with SQL or a willingness to learn.
