This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico, +2 more states.
• Accountable for generating and securing business within the Power Stability sector for Transmission, Distribution, Power Generation Utilities, and Developer clientele.
• Manage the entire process from identifying new business prospects to nurturing customer relationships until deal finalization.
• Promote solutions that facilitate increased levels of renewable energy integration into the grid.
• Establish and maintain relationships with TSOs/DSOs, regulatory bodies, utilities, IPPs, and collaborators to influence planning and procurement strategies.
• Play a key role in achieving order targets for Power Conversion and Storage in North America within a strategic and expanding segment of the business.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• A degree in electrical, electromechanical, or a related engineering field is highly preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in sales and/or business development in technology, energy, or a related area.
• Familiarity with medium voltage power conversion technologies, including but not limited to power electronics and electrical rotating machines.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate customer requirements and challenges into profitable business solutions.
• Strategic thinker with the capability to transform business development obstacles into growth opportunities.
• Self-motivated with a collaborative attitude and a persistent “can-do” approach throughout the business cycle.
• Proven ability to work effectively in multicultural and remote team settings, showcasing inclusive practices.
• Experience in functional or matrix leadership, with a talent for leading through influence rather than direct authority.
• Willingness to travel as required by business demands.
