This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Implementing go-to-market strategies that drive growth and enhance customer experience.

• Oversee the deployment of Shure’s go-to-market strategy within designated territories in New York.

• Partner with channel collaborators to create and execute impactful initiatives that improve customer satisfaction.

• Facilitate new customer acquisition and grow existing accounts by guiding the qualification process, education, and solution selection for Shure’s technologies.

• Cultivate strong, cooperative relationships, equip partners with the necessary tools and expertise for success, and ensure Shure’s solutions are well-positioned to adapt to changing customer needs.

• Meet revenue objectives and promote Shure’s strategic goals in a dynamic, competitive market.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

• At least 7 years of experience in sales management.

• Familiarity with the contemporary retail environment in the assigned territories.

• Experience with Salesforce or CRM/CSP is advantageous.

• Capable of leading collaborative efforts within project teams.

• Possess collaborative and consultative skills to influence stakeholders across various functional areas.

• Ability to engage with senior management or executive levels regarding functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.

• Demonstrates thought leadership.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Self-driven and organized, with strong follow-up capabilities.

• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

• Must reside in the region.

• Expected to travel approximately 50% of the time.

• Experience in preparing and adhering to a budget.
