This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Lead the sales strategies and initiatives for ILSC, Greystone, and ELS in Chile, Argentina, or Uruguay.
• Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Director and team members to achieve enrollment goals.
• Assist in developing sales forecasts and budgets, contributing to strategic planning efforts.
• Promote all ILSC Education Group brands through effective presentation methods.
• Engage with students during workshops and fairs to boost sales.
• Create and execute competitive pricing strategies.
• Provide training programs for agents to effectively promote and sell all ILSC Education Group offerings.
• Actively listen to client requirements and relay feedback to management.
• Recruit new agents and enhance relationships with current agents.
• Report on agent performance and market conditions.
• Contribute to the development of new promotional materials in Spanish for LATAM markets.
• Travel to participate in agent fairs and workshops.
• Over 5 years of experience in the international education sector.
• Preferred educational background in sales, marketing, business, or communications.
• Willingness and capability to travel.
• Strong understanding of the higher education systems in the US, Canada, Ireland, and Australia.
• Familiarity with key competitors in the industry.
• An existing network of relationships within the education sector is advantageous.
• Eligibility to work in the hiring location without sponsorship.
