This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement growth strategies driven by Data & AI across key accounts, enhancing presence and discovering new revenue prospects within subsidiaries.
• Take charge of acquiring new logos, initiating, shaping, and finalizing large, intricate deals.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring robust pipeline development and steady revenue progression.
• Promote account expansion through upselling and cross-selling of Data & AI solutions.
• Establish trusted relationships with CXOs and engage CIOs/CTOs through compelling and contextually relevant presentations of EXL’s Data & AI capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to create and deliver integrated solutions encompassing Data, Analytics, AI, Digital, and Operations.
• Develop and maintain a high-quality pipeline with a strong focus on conversion discipline.
• Enhance revenue, pipeline, and profitability through diligent financial tracking and account management.
• Utilize market intelligence to forecast demand.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• Preferred (but not essential) - Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) from a recognized institution, specializing in Strategy, Marketing, Finance, or General Management.
• At least 15+ years of proven experience in leading delivery teams, business development, sales, pre-sales, or similar roles, with a strong record of achievements.
• Experience in or with the Insurance sector is preferred.
