• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives across North America, Europe, and emerging markets.
• Take ownership of the global team’s ARR quota and ensure accountability for yourself and your AEs.
• Establish and maintain a rigorous cadence for pipeline reviews using HubSpot and Gong across all regions.
• Collaborate with Marketing to enhance lead quality, campaign strategies, and pipeline generation across different geographies.
• Implement disciplined enterprise account planning within the team, ensuring thorough follow-through.
• Develop and execute a repeatable global sales process for deals ranging from $50K to $500K+ ARR.
• Navigate complex deals involving multiple stakeholders and jurisdictions, including European regulatory and procurement requirements.
• Collaborate with the CRO on board-level reporting, ARR forecasting, and executive communication.
• Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Data Science to close intricate deals and retain customers globally.
• Create the hiring plan, onboard, and ramp new AEs as the team expands across regions.
• 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including at least 3 years in a global or multi-region sales leadership position.
• Experience selling into energy, power markets, utilities, renewables, or related industries. This is essential as our buyers are sophisticated, and domain fluency is critical.
• Proven success in building and leading teams across various geographies that consistently achieve ARR quotas.
• Ability to operate comfortably across different time zones, regulatory environments, and procurement processes, particularly in European and Canadian markets.
• Strong MEDDPICC discipline. We utilize it, embody it, and recruit for it.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-accountability environment where performance metrics are always visible.
• Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM at a process level, rather than just as a user.
• A direct, clear communicator capable of holding a global team accountable while keeping them motivated.
• Experience in the European market is a significant advantage given our expanding presence in EMEA.
