This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Take ownership of the APAC/ANZ Profit and Loss. Develop and implement a strategic roadmap aimed at achieving significant growth in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), from initial engagement to enterprise-wide adoption.
• Recruit and guide a high-performing team of Account Executives. Oversee a team of Customer Success, Marketing, and Forward Deployed Engineers in a dotted line capacity.
• Identify and secure strategic regional partners, Global System Integrators (GSIs), and local resellers to enhance Deepgram’s direct sales initiatives.
• Establish rigorous forecasting practices, maintain pipeline cleanliness, and manage territories effectively.
• Serve as the primary executive sponsor for key regional accounts, skillfully navigating complex procurement processes and technical AI assessments.
• 12+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including 5+ years in a senior leadership position (Director/VP) managing the APAC region, particularly ANZ and SEA.
• A profound interest in AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and API-first products.
• A proven history of scaling a regional office from initial traction to significant maturity, with experience in achieving $10M+ in ARR growth preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in developing channel programs that make a substantial contribution to overall revenue.
• Expertise in value-based selling to enhance Average Selling Price and win rates within a competitive technical environment.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary sales technologies (Salesforce, Gong, Clari, etc.) and a dedication to data-driven decision-making.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or technical degree is advantageous.
