This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and lead the delivery organization for Rimini Consult within designated regions, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, with high-quality results and client satisfaction.
• Establish and sustain a scalable delivery organization by managing both internal teams and external partners.
• Define and implement top-tier Professional Services methodologies, governance frameworks, and quality assurance protocols.
• Track delivery metrics, project profitability, and client satisfaction while initiating continuous improvement strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Sales to assist in pre-sales efforts, including defining solutions, scoping projects, developing proposals, and delivering client presentations.
• Serve as the executive sponsor for strategic initiatives, effectively communicating Rimini Consult’s value proposition to clients.
• Collaborate across departments with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Delivery leadership to shape, package, and introduce new offerings from Rimini Consult.
• Ensure that service offerings are in line with market demands, competitive trends, and Rimini’s overall growth strategy.
• Lead the creation of supporting materials (case studies, tear sheets, client success stories) based on completed projects.
• Represent the Rimini Consult Delivery team at global forums, contributing to the wider Professional Services strategy.
• Promote collaboration across regions, encourage knowledge sharing, and standardize processes and tools.
• Cultivate and maintain a reliable network of partner organizations to enhance delivery capacity and pre-sales expertise.
• An MBA or an equivalent advanced degree.
• Over 15 years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or Delivery leadership positions within the enterprise software sector.
• Demonstrated success in leading regional or global delivery teams, including accountability for pre-sales and P&L outcomes.
• Experience in services commercialization, offering development, or service productization.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application ecosystems (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar) and modernization services.
• A highly collaborative leader who excels in a cross-functional, matrixed setting.
• A strategic thinker with operational discipline and a focus on execution.
• A strong commitment to client success and excellence in delivery.
