This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct Revenue Operations at 8x8
• Enhance the go-to-market strategy
• Advocate for AI and automation within RevOps
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership on strategic initiatives and planning
• Assess and oversee the RevOps technology stack
• Create dashboards to enhance sales transparency
• Spearhead sales and channel enablement initiatives
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective planning and strategy
• Mentor and develop the RevOps team
• 7–10 years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations, including 3 years in a global leadership capacity
• Demonstrated success in implementing AI tools and automation to enhance GTM operations
• Extensive knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Background in sales compensation design and incentive frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA is an advantage
