This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and implement the Revenue Operations roadmap that aligns with the company’s growth and go-to-market (GTM) priorities.
• Collaborate with Finance and GTM leaders to establish operating rhythms and governance frameworks.
• Propel strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, scalability, and revenue performance.
• Take ownership of the company’s revenue reporting strategy and establish a unified source of truth throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Create executive dashboards and enable self-service reporting for quicker, data-informed decision-making.
• Provide valuable insights into pipeline, bookings, customer health, forecasting, and essential GTM metrics.
• Manage the GTM technology ecosystem, which includes Salesforce and related revenue platforms.
• Enhance system integrations, data quality, and automation throughout the lead-to-renew lifecycle.
• Design and refine scalable processes across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
• Build, lead, and nurture a high-performing Revenue Operations team.
• Act as a strategic partner to GTM leaders.
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Finance, or a related area.
• At least 3 years of experience leading a Revenue Operations or Operations team.
• Background in building and scaling Revenue Operations within a private equity or venture-backed SaaS company with recurring revenue, ideally within the $30M–$150M ARR/revenue range.
• In-depth knowledge of SaaS business models, including subscription, usage-based, professional services, and recurring revenue operations.
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and a modern GTM technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, customer success, forecasting, and BI/analytics platforms).
• Demonstrated success in establishing a unified source of truth for GTM reporting.
• Experience in designing and optimizing comprehensive revenue processes.
• Proven track record in building or transforming a Revenue Operations function.
• Experience in hiring, developing, and leading high-performing Revenue Operations teams specializing in systems, analytics, and business operations.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
