This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• You will collaborate directly with the Founders to enhance Business Revenue in a B2B environment.
• You will develop Growth experiments aimed at achieving business outcomes.
• You will oversee the complete team charter, including hiring, management, and termination, to drive business results.
• You will operate a growth organization that is firmly based on numerical analysis.
• This position is exclusively focused on business revenue, necessitating strong ownership and agility to achieve results.
• 7-13 years of professional experience, ideally in a business ownership capacity.
• Outstanding comprehension of business metrics and revenue models.
• Superior executive communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong skills in data analysis with the capacity to convert complex data into practical growth strategies.
• A comprehensive understanding of copywriting, visual design, and website optimization is crucial.
