This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.
• Oversee CRM system implementations
• Enhance workflows for greater efficiency
• Develop actionable reporting systems
• Assist client teams to guarantee smooth system operations that align with revenue objectives
• Provide user training
• Resolve technical issues
• Convert business requirements into scalable CRM solutions
• Minimum of 4 years of direct experience in implementing and supporting HubSpot and/or Pipedrive
• Present examples of your top work (dashboards you've created, automations you've developed, and CRMs you've streamlined)
• Proficient in verbal and written English communication.
• Comprehensive background in sales, business, and marketing, with a solid grasp of effective sales methodologies
• Experience with AI is essential, including prompt engineering, tool selection, and practical application
• Comfortable in a client-facing position, leading calls and delivering presentations on camera
• Capable of simplifying technical concepts into understandable, non-technical terms
• 💼 Full-Time Position: M–F Business Hours EST
• 💵 Salary is negotiable (open to negotiation based on experience)
• 🏠 PTO: Holiday break late Dec–early Jan
• 📄 Bonuses tied to company + department goals
