This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Design and manage the systems, processes, and analytics that contribute to revenue growth.
• Collaborate with the VP of Growth and GTM leaders to convert growth strategies into actionable operating plans.
• Take responsibility for bookings, GMV, take-rate, ARR, and pipeline forecasting for new sales opportunities.
• Lead the CRM strategy and administration, which includes the design and development of scalable workflows.
• Serve as the vital link connecting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Finance.
• Develop and implement the roadmap for Revenue Operations at Busbud.
• Extensive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy across various revenue models.
• Strong analytical abilities: utilizes AI tools to enhance forecasting accuracy.
• Demonstrated capability to design and scale GTM processes, including hands-on CRM architecture management.
• Solid commercial instincts: comprehends unit economics, take rate, LTV/CAC, ARR, and NRR.
• Outstanding leadership and communication abilities.
• At least 8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy & Operations, or GTM Finance.
• Proven track record in managing and evolving a contemporary revenue tech stack: CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, BI.
