This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Create and sustain reporting and dashboards that assess the performance of the GTM organization.
• Manage the complete process from start to finish - collecting requirements from stakeholders throughout the company, understanding their true needs, and delivering actionable reports to enhance their business operations.
• Key focus areas include bookings, pipeline health, conversion rates, activity, and productivity.
• Examine intricate data from various sources within the company to identify patterns, trends, and risks, and provide clear, actionable insights to GTM leadership.
• Move beyond mere reporting to facilitate change within the revenue organization.
• Disseminate AI knowledge and best practices throughout the internal community.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partner, and Finance on joint projects, serving as a reliable source of data and analysis for these teams.
• Over 5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar field.
• Strong expertise in revenue systems (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong) as well as analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Alteryx, Databricks, Power BI).
• Familiarity with data modeling for revenue operations, including the development of forecasting models.
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.
• Proficient in working with large, complex data sets, deriving business insights, and conveying information clearly to all organizational levels.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and an AI development mindset.
