This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and take charge of n8n’s enterprise marketing engine from inception.
• Transform demand generation, account-based marketing, and field marketing into a reliable, scalable enterprise pipeline.
• Establish and manage ABM initiatives aimed at Fortune 1000 accounts.
• Take ownership of the enterprise pipeline metrics alongside Sales, monitoring ACV growth and top-of-funnel conversion rates.
• Design and implement strategies for enterprise events and field marketing.
• Create a comprehensive asset library for SDR and Sales teams.
• Oversee and expand the Field Marketing team.
• Collaborate with SDRs on capacity management, prioritization, and joint pipeline planning.
• Develop sales enablement materials such as presentations, key talking points, and content.
• Refine technical, product-focused messaging into business-value language tailored for CIOs, CTOs, and technical leaders.
• Contribute to enterprise-facing brand initiatives in collaboration with the Brand team.
• Create a repeatable playbook for enterprise positioning.
• Recruit and lead Demand Generation and Field Marketing teams.
• Work alongside Product Marketing and Developer Relations on enterprise projects.
• Enhance and build upon n8n’s PLG/community strategy.
• Proven experience in establishing an enterprise marketing function from the ground up.
• Extensive background in pipeline strategy, account-based marketing, field marketing, and campaign orchestration.
• Familiarity with technical buyers, including CIOs and CTOs.
• Capability to connect with both developer and executive audiences.
• Track record of being evaluated on pipeline performance, ACV growth, and funnel conversion efficiency.
• Experience collaborating with SDR teams on capacity and prioritization matters.
• Knowledge of PLG/community-driven strategies.
• Comfort in working within a dotted-line reporting structure and collaborating with Sales teams.
• Background in a community-led or PLG-to-SLG technical organization, preferably scaling within the $500M–$1B ARR bracket.
• Proficiency with AI and marketing automation tools.
• Experience in translating technical product messaging into business-value communication (preferred).
• Experience in expanding into APAC or Latin America (preferred).
• Experience in developing partner marketing initiatives (preferred).
• Experience managing marketing efforts across both the US and Europe (preferred).
• Visa sponsorship may be available for Germany; for all other countries, a valid right to work is necessary.
