This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the go-to-market launch for new partners, overseeing everything from positioning and launch planning to execution, optimization, and reporting.
• Create collaborative messaging and marketing strategies tailored for customers, prospects, partner audiences, and internal teams.
• Design and implement joint initiatives that span sales teams, events, digital channels, content, and various market entry points.
• Oversee partner activations from start to finish, managing strategy, messaging, logistics, stakeholder alignment, and execution in the field.
• Develop campaigns, content, sales tools, enablement materials, and training resources geared towards partners.
• Provide partners and internal teams with the necessary messaging and tools to effectively position and distribute Motive's solutions.
• Evaluate performance metrics such as awareness, engagement, channel contributions, pipeline, revenue, and partner adoption.
• Identify gaps within the partner funnel and drive initiatives to enhance awareness, activation, conversion, and overall impact.
• Oversee budgets and resource allocations to optimize return on investment.
• Manage multiple intricate projects concurrently within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• 5+ years of experience in partner or channel marketing, product marketing, field marketing, or B2B marketing.
• Proven experience in launching partners, programs, products, or integrated go-to-market strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to build awareness and demand through partner-owned and partner-enabled distribution channels.
• Experience collaborating closely with Sales on programs focused on pipeline growth.
• Deep understanding of go-to-market strategies, partner ecosystems, channel marketing, and partner-led growth initiatives.
• Exceptional project management skills, capable of steering complex initiatives from strategy through to execution.
• Analytical and data-centric, with the capability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong operational discipline, including experience managing programs, processes, and budgets comprehensively.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM to monitor pipeline, attribution, and program performance.
• Excellent judgment in prioritizing tasks, making trade-offs, and allocating resources effectively.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence both internal and external audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with navigating uncertainty.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Must be authorized to access and receive commodities and technologies regulated under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
