This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drives financial growth for the Representative Team.
• Assembles a team of Representatives based on growth opportunities.
• Leads the development of the Vice President’s Representative team.
• Oversees commissions for Representatives and analyzes Revex Reports.
• Collaborates with the Executive VP of Rentals on significant business matters.
• Selects Representatives who are driven to enhance their performance.
• Recruits Representatives showing potential for growth.
• Terminating Representatives who fail to produce results within a timely manner.
• Ensures Representatives achieve their client engagement goals.
• Cultivates a results-oriented culture where performance determines success.
• Holds Representatives accountable for their documented goals and targets.
• Accompanies Representatives on client visits as necessary to strengthen key relationships.
• Regularly communicates with Representatives to review strategies, forward leads, and resolve conflicts.
• Hosts weekly Teams meetings with the Representative team.
• Approves carve-outs.
• Approves expense reports for Representatives.
• Reviews Revex reports with Representatives and provides feedback on areas needing improvement.
• Reviews and approves draws and any adjustments to salary or draw.
• Negotiates draw adjustments with Representatives to prevent unsustainable commission deficits.
• Assists the Revex and Billing Manager with issues related to billing reports.
• Aids Representatives in identifying clients who are underperforming.
• Forwards significant contracts for credit risk assessment.
• Reviews jobs with associated performance risks (e.g., outdoor, foreign, etc.).
• Enlists the Executive VP of Rentals in challenging collection matters and insurance claims.
• Strong leadership skills to guide, motivate, and mentor team members while exemplifying company values like continuous improvement, respect, productivity, and innovation.
• People-oriented to nurture robust customer and corporate relationships and make sound decisions aligning with the corporate vision of CL.
• Ethical and trustworthy to ensure compliance with all contracts, obligations, laws, and regulations, safeguarding the best interests of CL.
• Empathetic and patient to assess and support the professional development of Rentals and other CL team members in facing industry challenges.
• Exemplary communication skills to listen, inquire, and understand to fully support management decision-making and alignment with company, Representative, and client objectives.
• Relationship-focused both internally and externally to mentor and develop departmental staff, serve a growing customer base, and maintain excellent mutually beneficial relationships with key client partners.
• Supervisory and teaching skills to explain and mentor strategies for Rental Representatives and the overall company, including providing advice, assessing skills, identifying training needs, and conducting ongoing performance evaluations.
• Business passion and savvy to proactively evaluate market opportunities and potential areas for expansion.
• Strategic thinking, including the ability to review and interpret detailed financial data and exercise sound judgment concerning both external and internal business dealings.
• Strong technical aptitude with a comprehensive understanding of gear, service, and rental operations, as well as the interdependence of these elements in addressing customer needs.
