This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee, train, and guide a high-achieving team of Mortgage Loan Officers to ensure they meet individual and collective sales objectives.
• Provide continuous coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations to team members.
• Track team performance metrics, establish sales targets, and set goals that align with company objectives.
• Promote a positive and collaborative team environment that fosters creativity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources.
• Represent Pinnacle Mortgage Corp. within the local community to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience as a Mortgage Sales Manager or in a similar capacity, with a solid history of sales leadership.
• Comprehensive understanding of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and procedures.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities with a proven history of delivering results.
• Must hold a license as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), authorized to operate in New Hampshire.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
