📋 Description

• Drive the commercialization and go-to-market strategy across Swoop’s portfolio, which includes audience intelligence solutions, media activation, communities, web solutions, AI-powered offerings, SwoopRx solutions, strategic partnerships, and acquired capabilities.

• Create launch frameworks and readiness plans that unify Product, Sales, Partnerships, Client Success, and Marketing teams around shared goals.

• Identify market segmentation, positioning, messaging, packaging, and competitive differentiation strategies to bolster Swoop’s market leadership.

• Implement launch prioritization, impact assessment, and field readiness processes to guarantee successful market adoption.

• Guide the development of persuasive portfolio narratives, value propositions, and distinct messaging that resonate with pharmaceutical manufacturers, agencies, and healthcare marketing stakeholders.

• Supervise the Product Marketing team in generating scalable commercial resources that convert complex solutions into customer-focused business outcomes.

• Ensure uniformity in portfolio storytelling, solution positioning, and communications aimed at customers.

• Sustain and enhance strategic narratives that link Swoop’s integrated ecosystem to key customer priorities and market trends.

• Own Swoop’s Field Enablement strategy, which encompasses the Highspot destination strategy, sales readiness, strategic sales plays, executive briefing frameworks, Innovation Day programs, quarterly business review (QBR) resources, and customer engagement initiatives.

• Guarantee that Sales, Partnerships, and Client Success teams have access to scalable tools, resources, and training that support every phase of the customer lifecycle.

• Propel the adoption and use of enablement resources while continuously refining programs based on field feedback and business outcomes.

• Lead the creation of repeatable commercial frameworks that link Swoop’s portfolio to shared customer objectives, therapeutic area opportunities, and market challenges.

• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Product, Analytics, and Partnerships teams to develop scalable narratives and strategic sales plays that promote business growth.

• Examples include strategies for drug lifecycle management, therapeutic area frameworks, audience intelligence opportunities, channel-based activation strategies, patient engagement models, adherence programs, and emerging market prospects.

• Continuously assess industry trends and customer needs to ensure commercialization frameworks remain unique, relevant, and actionable.

• Own the strategy and enablement resources that support Innovation Days, executive briefings, strategic account planning, and QBRs.

• Partner with Sales, Client Success, Product, and Brand teams to create scalable customer engagement programs that strengthen executive relationships and stimulate growth.

• Assist in strategic account planning initiatives with market insights, customer opportunity frameworks, and executive-level storytelling.

• Direct the commercialization support strategy for strategic partnerships and alliance programs.

• Equip Partnerships teams with the messaging, resources, training, and sales plays necessary to effectively present Swoop’s value proposition.

• Support partner onboarding, co-marketing initiatives, and joint commercialization efforts.

• Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, regulatory changes, customer needs, and emerging opportunities in healthcare marketing.

• Establish processes to capture field insights and customer feedback, translating them into actionable recommendations for Product and Executive leadership.

• Act as a key advocate for market and customer needs throughout the organization.

• Cultivate strong partnerships across Product, Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, Client Success, Analytics, and Marketing teams.

• Communicate strategic priorities, business performance, market insights, and commercialization outcomes to executive leadership.

• Present recommendations, performance metrics, market opportunities, and growth strategies to senior stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven background in product marketing, particularly within HealthTech and AdTech sectors.

• Experience in Healthcare Strategy: Proven experience in formulating commercialization strategies for pharmaceutical manufacturers, healthcare agencies, and healthcare technology organizations.

• Expertise in Pharmaceutical Commercial Storytelling: Strong knowledge in commercial storytelling, executive presentations, and translating complex product portfolios into engaging client-centric narratives.

• Sales Leadership Partnership: Experience collaborating with enterprise sales organizations and establishing scalable support models that balance sales autonomy with centralized enablement resources.

• Background in fast-paced, growth-oriented sales environments.

• Experience in integrating narratives and product portfolios through mergers and acquisitions is advantageous.

• Excellent leadership and people management abilities.

• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation capabilities.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and with various leadership levels.

• Effective project management skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to perform under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects concurrently.

• Experience utilizing AI to optimize workflows and enhance value for the broader organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
