This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Collaborate closely with our CTO, Head of Product, and Head of Development to facilitate the agile management of our product and development processes.
• Assume technical responsibility for marketing technologies such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other pertinent tools.
• Propel the ongoing development of our portals and consistently identify opportunities for optimization across our platforms.
• As Product Owner, manage the Data and Big Data domains, translating business requirements into actionable technical tasks.
• Evaluate requests for features, bugs, and optimizations, organizing them into JIRA tickets to ensure our development team can commence implementation without delay.
• Guide individual features from the requirements stage through prioritization to successful execution.
• Actively engage in various IT and product projects, serving as a liaison between the business unit, product, and development teams.
• Generate your own ideas, challenge existing processes, and contribute tangible proposals for improvement.
• You have successfully completed a degree in Mathematics, (Business) Computer Science, or a related field, or possess equivalent knowledge and qualifications through other means.
• You have accumulated several years of practical experience in a similar role.
• You possess experience in agile project management methodologies (Scrum or Kanban), database technologies, and marketing technologies.
• You are knowledgeable about modern DWH & database technologies, such as ClickHouse and Airflow.
• You have experience using and integrating contemporary automated marketing tools.
• You can demonstrate foundational knowledge of Google Analytics or a comparable tool.
• You exhibit strong empathy, enabling you to understand others' perspectives and create JIRA tickets for our developers based on written requests.
• You critically assess requirements to ensure optimal briefing for our developers.
• You prioritize user experience and are passionate about B2C products.
• Your proficiency in German is at least at C1 level, with English skills at B2 level.
• Ideally, you have gained initial experience in e-commerce or with content management systems.
