This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a product marketing leader within the organization by creating frameworks, influencing cross-departmental discussions, and enhancing product marketing capabilities to drive growth.
• Define, refine, and implement repeatable go-to-market and product marketing frameworks that enhance launch quality, message consistency, sales confidence, and post-launch learning.
• Oversee the voice-of-customer initiatives, win/loss analysis, market intelligence, and competitive intelligence processes, transforming market signals into actionable recommendations for product strategy, positioning, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution.
• Develop and sustain buyer personas, insights into buying committees, buyer journey mapping, objection themes, and messaging tailored for district and school decision-makers.
• Craft distinct positioning, value propositions, proof points, and messaging frameworks that effectively convey the critical problems we address, their current significance, and why Learning.com is uniquely equipped to succeed.
• Direct the go-to-market strategy for product launches and significant initiatives, including the definition and refinement of launch frameworks, audience identification, launch tiering, readiness milestones, internal communications, sales enablement, success metrics, and post-launch evaluations.
• Incorporate market evidence, such as win/loss patterns, buyer needs, competitive dynamics, customer adoption, and commercial signals, directly into discussions about product strategy and roadmap, ensuring a connection between product investments and measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Enablement, Regional Marketing, Marketing Services, and RevOps to enhance internal adoption of messaging, bolster field consistency, measure effectiveness, and refine positioning based on feedback and performance data.
• Establish repeatable product marketing systems, which include competitive battlecards, launch playbooks, messaging frameworks, product one-pagers, demo narratives, objection handling, sales talk tracks, internal FAQs, and ongoing market intelligence reporting.
• Convert product capabilities into engaging market narratives that align with district priorities, including digital literacy, AI literacy, responsible technology use, career readiness, student safety, instructional efficiency, and measurable student outcomes.
• Support demand generation, customer retention, and expansion initiatives by providing product messaging, campaign contributions, customer proof points, thought leadership themes, and clear segment-specific value propositions.
• Set and track product marketing success metrics, including launch readiness, message adoption, field feedback, competitive effectiveness, pipeline influence, expansion support, and post-launch performance.
• Leverage AI tools, customer data, and market insights to enhance the speed, quality, and effectiveness of research, competitive monitoring, message testing, content development, and go-to-market execution.
• Minimum of 5 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, EdTech, education technology, curriculum, public-sector software, or a similar market.
• Demonstrated ability to develop positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategies, product launch plans, and sales enablement tools that enhance market clarity and drive commercial outcomes.
• Proficient in market research, voice-of-customer methods, win/loss analysis, competitive assessment, and customer insight generation.
• Capable of synthesizing complex inputs from customers, prospects, Product, Sales, Customer Success, data, and market insights into clear recommendations and actionable artifacts.
• Experience collaborating with Product Management to link market challenges, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and commercial opportunities to product discussions and roadmaps.
• Proven experience working with Sales and Revenue Enablement to develop sales tools, talk tracks, objection handling strategies, demo narratives, and training that empower teams to sell value rather than just features.
• Background in defining market categories, narratives, or thought leadership strategies that shape buyer perception and market awareness.
• Strong skills in strategic writing, storytelling, presentation, and executive communication.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and constructively challenge ideas using market evidence and sound business judgment.
• Excellent project management and prioritization abilities, with a talent for managing multiple workflows and creating structure without complicating the process.
• Competence in using data to assess product marketing effectiveness and provide informed recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, education, communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
