This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of positioning and create the messaging framework – Establish how Assured is positioned in relation to internal AI developments, legacy core systems, and new market entrants. Construct the messaging architecture that serves as the foundation for all related materials.
• Convert AI concepts into language for CCOs – Transform model, agent, and platform capabilities into clear, credible business outcomes that a Chief Claims Officer and their team can instantly understand and trust.
• Alleviate CIO/CAIO concerns – Shift the perspective from “we can build it ourselves with frontier models” to “we value Assured’s insurance expertise alongside our development efforts.”
• Develop pricing and packaging strategies – Create a cohesive narrative around our product portfolio with a strong emphasis on value positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies.
• GTM - Lead the Land narrative – Own the “Hero Build vs. Buy” narrative, the CCO-level pitch, the CIO/CAIO persona expansion, the analyst-level category perspective, and the field-level objection library to secure competitive deals.
• GTM - Lead the Expand narrative – Own the strategy for increasing claim-share within existing accounts and enhancing process penetration throughout the claim lifecycle, transforming initial successes into comprehensive platform implementations.
• Build and lead the team – Recruit, develop, and manage the human and agent teams; establish high standards for quality and pace within the function.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product – Serve as the Enablement anchor, co-pilot key customer meetings, analyze presentations against live deals, and provide the field with actionable guidance to enhance the pipeline.
• Elevate the quality of all outputs – Integrate our refined positioning with Brand & Design to ensure that the visual and narrative elements complement each other in everything produced.
• Over 10 years of experience in product marketing, with senior leadership experience and a proven record of defining category-level positioning and directing GTM strategies in a technical, AI-focused sector.
• Proven ability to translate intricate technical capabilities into language that resonates with senior, non-technical executive buyers.
• Experience in selling or marketing to enterprise clients – a background in insurance, fintech, or regulated industries is highly advantageous.
• Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills; capable of simplifying complex ideas for any audience and confidently engaging with a CCO.
• A builder’s mentality – adept at creating playbooks from the ground up in a fast-paced, resource-limited environment.
• Proven leadership in people management: you excel at hiring, set high expectations, and amplify the productivity of a small senior team.
• Strong sense of ownership with a low ego – you engage in both strategic thinking and execution.
