This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Report directly to the Chief Product Officer and oversee the Security Platforms portfolio.
• Define and propel the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SecOps, Threat Intelligence, Base Platforms, and Detection.
• Anticipate shifts in the market, competitive trends, and emerging threats.
• Align product investments with the company’s strategy, revenue objectives, and customer requirements.
• Lead the product lifecycle from initial concept through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Prioritize immediate deliverables, long-term innovation, and differentiation of the platform.
• Collaborate with Engineering leadership to provide high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions.
• Comprehend customer use cases, regulatory mandates, and operational challenges in email and collaboration security.
• Engage with analysts, clients, and partners as a thought leader in cybersecurity.
• Advocate for the voice of the customer and measurable product outcomes.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams on go-to-market strategies.
• Establish relationships with key cloud and SaaS collaboration platform partners.
• Ensure effective enablement and positioning for field teams.
• Build, mentor, and expand a high-performing product management team.
• Promote collaboration across global teams and various time zones.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in product management.
• At least 5 years in global leadership positions within cybersecurity or related enterprise SaaS fields.
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling Threat Intelligence, Security Operations, and/or Cloud Security products.
• In-depth understanding of threat landscapes, data security, compliance requirements, and the needs of enterprise buyers.
• Strong business and technical insight.
• Capability to translate complex technical features into customer value and revenue growth.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in growing and managing performance within distributed teams of 8 or more members.
