This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take ownership of the complete product lifecycle for AI-driven Credit and Fraud Operations products.
• Establish the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with customer requirements and business goals.
• Lead product discovery efforts, identify operational challenges, validate opportunities, and convert insights into actionable initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Applied AI/ML teams to create AI-native agents and case management solutions.
• Specify AI feature requirements, encompassing prompts, agent workflows, evaluation criteria, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Foster global co-development across various regions, ensuring alignment of priorities, governance standards, dependencies, and customer outcomes.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and executive discussions to prioritize initiatives and formulate execution plans.
• Guarantee that solutions adhere to compliance, governance, auditability, and regulatory standards.
• Track product performance, operational metrics, customer outcomes, and adoption trends.
• Work in tandem with regional and global product leaders to balance strategy, technical limitations, and customer experience.
• Serve as the main product representative bridging business, technology, and customer stakeholders.
• Proficient in advanced English with the ability to communicate and collaborate confidently on a global scale.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Proven experience in Product Management, ideally within regulated and complex environments.
• Background in building and delivering AI/GenAI-powered products and solutions.
• Familiarity with product discovery methodologies, including customer journey mapping, JTBD, and hypothesis-driven development.
• Experience with Agile product delivery, backlog management, sprint planning, and roadmap prioritization.
• Expertise in defining AI-powered experiences, including prompts, agent workflows, evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI guardrails.
• Desirable knowledge of Credit, Fraud, Identity Verification, KYC, AML, underwriting, or related operational fields.
• Experience with API-based products, platform architectures, and distributed global teams.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in stakeholder management and communication, including the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Applied AI/ML, UX/UI Design, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Governance teams.
• Fluency in AI Builder regarding prompt design, agent orchestration, tool-use flows, evaluations, and human oversight mechanisms.
• Capability to operate in ambiguous situations and tackle complex operational challenges.
• Nice to have: experience in Financial Services, Fintech, Risk, Credit, Fraud, or Identity sectors.
• Nice to have: experience in launching and scaling AI-native enterprise products.
• Nice to have: familiarity with AI governance, observability, evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI practices.
• Nice to have: experience leading cross-functional teams without direct management authority.
• Nice to have: understanding of Jira, Confluence, product analytics platforms, and AI development ecosystems.
