This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Oversee the Light Capacity product portfolio throughout its entire lifecycle, encompassing product strategy, roadmap formulation, and end-of-life planning.
• Take responsibility for tracking product line performance, including sales, profit margins, contributions, and market share in comparison to budget and previous year results.
• Determine market size, growth trajectories, and customer segmentation through market research, competitive analysis, and direct engagement with customers.
• Convert customer insights and competitive information into product specifications and value propositions.
• Develop and implement product and marketing strategies aimed at achieving sustainable growth and establishing competitive differentiation.
• Assist in pricing strategies to enhance profitability and sustain market competitiveness.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations on new product development, upgrades, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Spearhead and coordinate product launches, commercialization strategies, sales tools, training resources, and go-to-market execution.
• Create and maintain product documentation, manuals, price lists, web content, and training resources.
• Offer product training and support to internal teams, distributors, key account managers, and various sales channels.
• Keep track of regulatory, legislative, and industry trends impacting Light Capacity products and applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Background in Customer Service, Technical Support, or Account Management.
• Experience in developing diagnostic logic.
• Proven experience in a technical role.
• Strong knowledge in mechanical, software, or electrical domains.
• Experience in the design and development stages of new products.
• Proven track record of bringing new products to market.
• Familiarity with ITW business and products.
• Willingness to travel up to 20–25% (approximately 8–10 weeks annually).
• Capacity to bend, kneel, and climb at customer locations.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk as required.
• Capability to lift weights ranging from 35–65 lbs.
• Successful completion of background checks, drug screenings, and pre-hire assessments.
