• Define the Product Vision

• Create and convey a compelling long-term narrative for the product vision

• Align leadership and teams with clear priorities and expected outcomes

• Transform complexity into straightforward strategic direction

• Establish and guide a unified product strategy that encompasses hardware, software, and IoT-enabled solutions

• Evolve the product landscape into a well-defined, scalable portfolio and platform strategy

• Manage prioritization among competing demands, balancing customer needs with technical feasibility and business impact

• Oversee strategic partnerships with external collaborators

• Link product decisions to commercial outcomes such as revenue, adoption, retention, and pricing models

• Collaborate closely with commercial teams to articulate value propositions and monetization strategies

• Enhance product-market fit and expedite customer adoption across different segments

• Guarantee seamless integration between physical containers, IoT infrastructure, and digital platforms

• Design products that merge device, connectivity, and data intelligence into a cohesive experience for customers and users

• Utilize real-time data, analytics, and AI to generate actionable, high-value insights for customers

• Lead and nurture a team of Product Managers and Product Owners

• Provide clarity in roles, decision-making, and operational methods

• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and ongoing learning

• Serve as a crucial partner to the CTO and engineering leadership

• Bridge the divide between engineering, hardware, commercial, and operations teams

• Ensure product teams maintain a strong connection to customer needs

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in product management, including senior leadership positions

• Proven track record in building, scaling, or transforming intricate product ecosystems

• Strong knowledge and experience with products that integrate physical and digital technologies: Hardware, IoT, and connected devices

• Familiarity with software platforms and cloud environments

• Expertise in data platforms or digital ecosystems

• Experience managing complete product portfolios from initial product-market fit discovery through scaling, maturity, and maintaining an established product in the market.

• Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.

• While coding is not a requirement, the ability to engage in-depth with engineering teams is essential.

• A collaborative leadership style complemented by strong strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and sound judgment
